Malina and Elan’s El Cielo Mexico Wedding

My only regret in photographing this wedding was that I did not get it onto my website earlier! It was one of those picture perfect days on the Riviera Maya at one of the best locations along the coast and this couple were fabulous and fun to work with. The whole day pulsated with energy and the love this couple have for each other, their family and guests.

I get to go to a lot of weddings here in Mexico and this one was done so beautifully I had to put it on my website. El Cielo one of my favourite boutique hotels with an awesome restaurant… where the paella blows your mind and the beach is so gorgeous anyone who hasn’t seen it for themselves can believe it is real. It is rated as one of the Top 10 beaches in the world and sometimes I have to pinch myself to believe that this is in my back-yard.

The decor Malina and Elan chose for their wedding complimented the laid back vibe, with traditional Mexican dresses for the flower girls, simple nautical themed lanterns and Mexican favours for their guests to take home as momentos of a perfect day. From the start, the ceremony on the beach, to when they danced the night away under fairy lights, stars, and cooled by the ocean breeze it was a magical day.
